The Bridge

The Bridge offer a range of counselling services to support both survivors and their family and friends.

The Green House

The Green House offer specialist counselling services for adults in Bristol and Taunton, and for children in Bristol.

The Southmead Project

The Southmead Project offer support to those aged 16 and above who have experienced sexual abuse and turned to alcohol and drugs.


SafeLink provide various support services for men, women, and children who have experienced sexual abuse in the Avon and Somerset areas.

Woman Kind is a women's only service that offer various forms of support including helplines, webchat, counselling, group therapy, and befriending.


NextLink is a sister charity to SafeLink who help women who are survivors of domestic or sexual abuse find rehoming and emergency shelter.

The Survivor Pathway

The Survivor Pathway is maintained by SARSAS and provides information and links to organisations across the South West that support suvivors of sexual abuse.

Mind offer a range of mental health support services from low-cost counselling to advocacy services for those with mental health issues.


Changes run multiple peer support groups throughout the week across the city for those experiencing various mental health issues.

Bristol Samaritans offer a range of support services for those suffering with poor mental health in the Bristol area.

Still We Rise 

Still We Rise is a women's only peer support group based in Bristol for survivors of sexual abuse.


Brook exist as a young person's (under 25) sexual health and wellbeing advice service, and offer some support and counselling services.

Adrienne Till Classes

Adrienne runs women's stretch and roll classes on Thursday evenings from 7:30 - 8:30pm, designed to help with recovery from trauma and anxiety.
